Position Description

You will serve as a Contract Specialist in the Contracting department of NAVSUP FLC BAH GF.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will analyze contract prices or cost including the proposal to determine reasonableness in accordance with the scope of the work.
• You will conduct solicitations of facility type contracts.
• You will develop and implement solutions to solve procurement or contractual problems.
• You will obtain and analyze audits, technical evaluations, and pricing reports to develop negotiation strategy.
• You will plan, prepare, and award contracts using contracting language, source selection procedures, and cost and price analysis.
