• Support the implementation of digital tools and systems to enhance operational visibility and efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to shipments, inventory, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Generate regular performance reports and present key findings to management.
• Monitor and manage real-time supply chain activities, ensuring optimal performance across all logistics functions
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to align on operational goals
• Utilize advanced analytics and reporting tools to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement
• Lead incident management efforts, swiftly addressing disruptions in the supply chain to minimize impact on service levels
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements across all operations
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency in operations

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field

• 1-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of control tower operations and supply chain processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in logistics management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing operational demands and priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to task management.
