الأدوار والمسؤوليات
Your responsibilities:
- Supporting industrial sites with production machinery maintenance activities
- To provide technical expertise and a structured troubleshooting methodology
- Deploy and support maintenance roadmaps
- Design and deliver maintenance and methodological training courses
- Conduct maintenance audits and manage improvement plans
- Capitalize on and deploy best maintenance practices within the division
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and robustness of maintenance processes
Technical environment
- Sector: Aerospace industry
- Activity: production of electrical harnesses
Equipment:
- Electrical testers
- Laser marking machines
- Cable cutting machines
- Overbraiding machines
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
Bac+2 / Bac+3 in industrial maintenance, electrotechnics, mechatronics or equivalent
Significant experience in industrial maintenance (minimum 8 years)
Proven experience in a demanding and regulated industrial environment
Strong expertise in maintenance methodologies (problem solving, TPM, FMEA, continuous improvement)
Excellent skills in electrotechnical, mechanical and automation maintenance
Ability to analyze and resolve complex faults
Good understanding of quality issues in the aeronautical environment
Knowledge of industrial computing
Strong ability to structure, formalize and transmit
Pedagogy, technical leadership, and a practical approach
Strong interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment
Autonomy, rigor and analytical skills
High mobility required (frequent travel between Temara and Casablanca; possible travel to France and India)
Professional English required (written and spoken).
