MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategy & Business Development

  • Develop and deploy the B2B sales strategy in alignment with the company's objectives.

  • Identify and develop new market segments and business opportunities

  • Drive B2B revenue growth and achieve set objectives

  • Define the positioning and value proposition for corporate clients

Strategic Partnerships

  • Identify, negotiate and sign strategic partnerships with major companies and institutions

  • Develop a portfolio of corporate clients (large accounts, SMEs, public sector)

  • Structuring long-term, high-value trade agreements

  • Represent Yassir with key partners and decision-makers

Management & Leadership

  • Build, manage and develop the B2B sales team

  • Define objectives and monitor team performance

  • To guide and support the skills development of the teams

Management & Reporting

  • Track sales KPIs and analyze performance

  • Provide regular reporting to senior management

  • Adapt the strategy based on market results and trends

  • Managing the B2B sales budget

Monitoring & Innovation

  • Conduct ongoing competitive and sector-specific monitoring

  • Identify B2B market trends and innovations

  • To offer new services and offers tailored to corporate needs

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Excellence in negotiating and closing major accounts

  • Strategic vision and ability to structure complex partnerships

  • Leadership and management of sales teams

  • Mastery of B2B sales methods and management of long sales cycles

  • Data analysis and KPI-driven management

  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills

  • Results-oriented, autonomous, and entrepreneurial

  • Rigour, agility and adaptability

Languages: French, Arabic, English (written and spoken)
