Key Responsibilities
- Originate, structure, and distribute Global Markets products to corporate and government clients.
- Achieve revenue and sales targets set for the Investment Banking Group portfolio.
- Ensure high-quality trade execution while expanding FAB s presence across assigned sectors.
- Optimize client flow and cross-selling opportunities across FX, MM, credit instruments, derivatives, commodities, and Islamic solutions.
Client Relationship Development
- Build strong, trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders at key accounts.
- Engage clients regularly through solution-driven discussions, market insights, and strategic advisory.
- Strengthen FAB s brand positioning as the preferred partner for Global Markets services.
- Act as a strategic advisor by understanding client requirements across complex financial solutions.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all client activities adhere to FAB s regulatory, compliance, and operational standards.
- Escalate issues related to clients, monetary transactions, or internal processes within the required timelines.
- Maintain full audit and control standards across all coverage responsibilities.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with Global Markets product specialists, Coverage teams, and enablement units for seamless delivery.
- Engage with Risk, Legal, and Compliance for deal structuring, approvals, and product enhancement.
- Coordinate with regional and global teams on cross-border opportunities.
Managerial Responsibilities
- May supervise interns or graduate trainees assigned by line management.
- Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and performance feedback as needed.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
Bachelor s or Master s in Banking, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or similar fields.
10 15 years of experience in Global Markets, ideally Corporate Sales.
Fluency in Turkish language (mandatory).
Strong analytical capability, product knowledge, and financial structuring skills.
High-pressure environment experience with strong multi-tasking and prioritization.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels.
Ability to work with diverse internal teams across regions and business units.
Strong ethical standards with attention to detail and accountability for outcomes.
