• Document experimental procedures, results, and observations accurately for future reference and regulatory audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, engineering, and production to support product development initiatives.
• Troubleshoot formulation and production issues, recommending and implementing effective solutions.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration, cleanliness, and safety protocols are followed.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in cosmetic chemistry.
• Assist in scaling up formulations from laboratory to pilot and full-scale production.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate findings to internal stakeholders.
