Cost Controller

We are looing for a senior Cost Controller from construction industry for one of our clients that has various projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. If you are ambitious, good at numbers and have been in construction industry for at least 7 years ,then you are the one we are looking for.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project budgets and cost plans
• Monitor project expenditures and track costs against approved budgets.
• Prepare cost forecasts and cash flow projections
• Analyze variances between planned and actual costs
• Support tendering and procurement processes
• Review and verify subcontractor invoices and payment applications
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and financial procedures
• Prepare monthly cost reports for management
• Assist in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives
• Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 3 7 years of experience in cost control within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting.
• Understanding of construction contracts.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and cost control software.
