Responsibilities for Internal Candidates

• Recover company payments inline with credit terms to minimize the bad debt impact

• Ensure receipts are correctly recorded

• Aim to achieve / exceed monthly cash collection targets by regular communication with clients in UAE by telephone and email

• Escalate overdue balances to Head of Credit Control

• Monitor customer credit limits and payment terms

• Coordinate with billing and operation departments to resolve billing queries

• Weekly debtor meetings with internal stakeholders

• Client meetings as required

• Process AP/AR adjustments, SD offsets and refunds

• Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures as described in the Dulsco integrated management system

• Account reconciliations

• Perform adhoc tasks as and when required by line manager                                                                                                                                               

*Qualifications for Internal Candidates

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a credit control specialist, officer or relevant job.

• Intermediate level MS Office.

• Oracle JDE & Fusion Experience is preferred.

• Fluent English is a must, Arabic, Urdu, Hindi is an advantage.

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant felid is a plus.
