- Lead the multidisciplinary critical care team, ensuring coordinated and efficient patient management for optimal outcomes.
- Expertly diagnose and manage complex, life-threatening conditions, including respiratory failure, sepsis, and multi-organ dysfunction.
- Oversee the provision of advanced life support, including mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, and renal replacement therapy.
- Provide expert consultation to other medical teams regarding the management of critically ill patients across various specialties.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues, providing clear and compassionate explanations of complex medical information.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and hospital policies in the delivery of critical care services.
- Actively participate in research activities, contributing to the advancement of critical care knowledge and innovation.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
- Possesses a medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and a specialist qualification in critical care medicine.
- Holds a valid medical license and is board-certified or eligible for certification in critical care medicine.
- Demonstrates experience in a hospital setting with a proven track record of managing complex cases and leading teams.
- Should be able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Exhibits a strong work ethic, integrity, and a commitment to providing compassionate patient care.
