Your main role will be to act as the primary contact for our customers. You will be responsible for:
- Supporting prospects and customers by resolving issues or providing information.
- Actively contributing to promoting our brand image and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Effectively managing complaints.
- Being an ambassador for customer satisfaction!
Through inbound calls, emails, letters, and potentially interactions via social media. (No cold calling involved!)

Our recruitment process
Phone screen (15 minutes): An initial discussion with a member of the recruitment team to validate your fit for the role.
French and English test (1 hour): An evaluation of your language skills in both languages.
Individual interview: An in-depth discussion with a recruitment team member to assess your skills and align your ambitions with our culture.
