عمليات مكتب الاستقبال:
 تأكد من الاستجابة الفورية لجميع المكالمات الهاتفية الواردة إلى مكتب الاستقبال والاستجابة أو تحويلها بشكل مناسب لضمان أعلى مستويات خدمة العملاء
 تأكد من أن منطقة استقبال مكتب الاستقبال maintained ambiance بشكل مناسب لتوفير الراحة للمرضى
تسجيل المرضى:
 الترحيب بالمريض في المنشأة والتأكد من أن جميع أسئلة المرضى تم الرد عليها بدقة.
 تنفيذ عملية التسجيل لمساعدة المرضى للحصول على مواعيد الأطباء، واختبارات المختبر، واختبارات الأشعة وأي خدمات أخرى حسب الرغبة / المطلوبة.
 التأكد من اكتمال الوثائق التسجيل للامتثال لسياسات وإجراءات القسم
إجراءات التأمين الصحي:
 التأكد من اتباع عملية الوثائق بما في ذلك توقيع نموذج موافقة المريض المطلوب لمعالجة مطالبات التأمين الصحي
 الالتزام بالبروتوكول للحصول على الموافقات لبعض الإجراءات / الاختبارات أو الأدوية. نصح المريض حول الوقت الذي عادة ما يتطلبه تأمين السياسة
 الاتصال بالمريض للتحديث عندما يتم استلام الموافقات من التأمين، لتمكين المرضى من زيارة الإجراءات أو الاختبارات المطلوبة.
 نصح القسم المعني - أي المختبر أو الصيدلية بتفاصيل تحديث موافقات تأمين المرضى.
 التأكد من أنه يتم إصدار فواتير فقط لمطالبات التأمين المعتمدة للاختبار أو العلاج لتوليد رموز شريطية لوثائق التقرير.
 التنسيق مع مساعدي المكتب للتأكد من أن نموذج الطلب للخدمات التشخيصية / الفرع يتم التعامل معه بشكل مناسب.

Over 2,500 medically insured and non insured patients are served across all Centers on a daily basis. Premier Diagnostic Medical Center LLC: Fully equipped laboratory radiology unit- accredited by the ISO 15189 offering Open MRI, CT scan, mammography, OPG, advanced laboratory services, segmental body analysis, sleep study, etc. The Center has a dedicated team of experts providing different kind of Preventive Health Screenings for men women, Pre-employment Health Screenings and Pre-insurance Medical Examinations of international standards. Prime Corp Medical Centers: To overcome the lack of quality medical care for the workers, PRIME opened Prime Corp Medical Center and the first network of dedicated onsite corporate clinics at over 40 locations in UAE to serve workers and other staff members inside corporate clients’ premises on daily or alternate day basis. MediPrime Pharmacies LLC: Located adjacent to most PRIME branches, stock a variety of prescription as well as over-the-counter medicines to complement its full range of medical services. Prime Medical Store LLC: Ideally located at Al Qusais industrial area No. 3 with a storage area of 4600 sq.ft (G+M), established in December 2012 as central medical store of Prime Healthcare Group, Licensed by Ministry of Health as‘drug store’. This store is ISO certified and the current operation include centralized purchase and supply of medicines, consumables equipments for all our pharmacies, medical centers and diagnostic center. At present Prime Stores is run with 15 staffs and 2 delivery van.
