Principal Accountabilities
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels for clearance instructions of Import Shipments.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints and queries through phone calls and emails.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Ensure closing of Proof of Deliveries for all import shipments.
Communicating and coordinating with sales Dept and Operations Dept for Instructions/ queries from the clients.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Coordinate with clients about queries from Brinks Station about Import and Export shipments in and out of DXB.
Coordinate for booking of Brinks Connect shipments
Coordinate with customers about expiry of Customs Bond for their shipments.
Coordinate with Accounts Dept for import and export shipments moved on Collect charge basis.
Maintenance of monthly logs of transactions for customers for billing purpose.
