Data Administrator Head -Supermarket Operations-(Dynamics 365) Retail Company dubai based

Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all data operations from A to Z across all branches Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Navision Supervise and support data entry staff in all branches Control and maintain item master data, including new item codes, barcodes, suppliers, categories, pricing, and promotions Monitor and verify daily GRNs, supplier invoices, sales invoices, purchase returns, and credit notes Review, approve, and audit stock adjustments and ensure proper documentation Support and coordinate with inventory controllers and branch managers to resolve stock discrepancies and ensure accurate stock levels Assist in monthly/quarterly physical stock counts and reconciliation Build or customize essential supermarket reports, including: Stock movement & stock valuation Sales profitability & item performance Pricing, promotions, & margin analysis Out-of-stock & slow-moving reports Develop simple queries or scripts when needed (basic coding skills required) Ensure strong data controls, SOPs, and auditing processes Troubleshoot system issues and act as the main point of contact for all data-related matters Contribute to system upgrades, data migrations, and continuous improvements
