Key Responsibilities & Authorities

• Collect data from internal systems, cherry-pick the most relevant samples for Machine Learning training.
• Prevent any data contamination, duplication, or leakage across train/test/validation sets.
• Conduct the training stage, adjusting hyperparameters for optimized model performance.
• Execute the model testing phase and analyze test results for validity and generalization.
• Collaborate with Software Development and AI teams to suggest improvements in model architecture and data representation.
• Document all model versions and maintain version history with detailed performance notes.
• Support model deployment and integration with internal tools, if required.
• Assist in automating and maintaining the training pipeline where needed.
• Support other Machine Learning lifecycle phases including data preparation, monitoring, and re-training.

Skills/Experience

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience, preferrable within Data Engineer role.
• Hands-on experience with training and testing Machine Learning models.
• Good understanding of data preparation, dataset balancing, and contamination risks.
• Strong data handling and scripting skills (e.g., Python, pandas, NumPy).
