As part of a large-scale Data transformation program, a centralized Data Platform implements a Data Centric architecture , serving as a single point of reference for data within the information system.

This platform aims to break down data silos , expose information via API to the entire application ecosystem, and enable real-time and analytical data processing in order to bring operations and decision-making closer together.

We are looking for a Senior Java/Scala Data Engineer , capable of working on complex and large-scale Data environments, in a Cloud and Big Data context.

Your mission

Integrated into the Data Platform teams , your mission will be to design, develop and maintain big data processing solutions, while bringing your expertise to structuring projects with a strong business impact.

Main responsibilities

• Design and develop large-scale data processing pipelines
• Work on Big Data & Streaming technologies : BigQuery, BigTable, Apache Kafka, Apache Spark
• Participate in skills development on internal ETL/ELT solutions
• Contributing to the implementation of business projects around offline ELT and DBT solutions
• Ensuring the quality, reliability and performance of data solutions
• Collaborating closely with the development and production teams
• to be a driving force in proposing technical choices, architectures and best practices
