الأدوار والمسؤوليات
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Support the development, review, and implementation of compensation structures, salary scales, and grading frameworks in line with organizational strategy and market benchmarks.
2. Participate in annual salary review, merit increase, and incentive cycles, including data preparation, analysis, validation, and implementation support.
3. Conduct job evaluations and maintain job architecture to ensure internal equity and consistency across roles and levels.
4. Support the administration and continuous enhancement of employee benefits programs, including insurance, allowances, and other rewards offerings.
5. Coordinate compensation and benefits benchmarking exercises using market surveys and external data sources to ensure competitiveness.
6. Prepare analytical reports and dashboards related to compensation, benefits, rewards costs, and workforce trends for management review.
7. Support the design and implementation of short-term and long-term incentive schemes aligned with performance management outcomes.
8. Ensure total rewards practices comply with internal policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
9. Assist in developing and updating total rewards policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring clarity and consistency of application.
10. Collaborate with Organizational Effectiveness, Talent Management, and HR Operations teams to ensure alignment between rewards, performance, and career frameworks.
11. Provide advisory support to HR business partners and managers on compensation and benefits-related matters.
12. Support audits, assessments, and certifications related to HR, rewards, and organizational effectiveness.
13. Contribute to reward-related communications, ensuring employees understand compensation and benefits programs.
14. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance employee value proposition and overall employee experience.
15. Maintain accurate and up-to-date rewards data within HR systems and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Carry out daily operations assigned for the department to comply with the company s standards.
2. Prepare timely and accurate department reports to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards of the company and the department.
3. Ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers to address their needs in a courteous and timely manner.
4. Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
5. Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.
6. Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions.
7. Maintain a good and respectful relationship with other colleagues and represent the company in a good image.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration or similar is required, Master Degree is preferred.
Professional certifications are preferred
3 + years of experience in total rewards, compensation and benefits, or a related HR specialization. Salary reviews, job evaluations, and market benchmarking. HR systems and compensation data analytics is preferred.
