Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Consulting professional to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in growing our data practice. As a manager, you will be responsible to manage pursuits and projects, drive project delivery with quality, manage client / team effectively, involve in practice management activities and firm wide initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management: Manage projects from contracting, conduct project kick-off, establish project plan and charter, conduct periodic progress reporting, manage client stakeholders, align team for efficient delivery, manage project budget and showcase project value realization / success story.

2. Project Delivery: Drive project delivery by conducting current state assessment with senior and mid management client stakeholders as part of data management strategy, setup data governance framework, policies, procedures, operating model, KPIs.

3. Regulatory Alignment: Ensure deliverables are in alignment with key regulatory requirements with data standards such as DGE standards in Abu Dhabi, Dubai Data Law in Dubai, NDMO in KSA, PDPL in UAE & KSA etc.,

4. Implementation Projects: Manage tool implementation projects for enterprise-wide data management programs by evaluating leading tools, onboarding them and acting as the design authority and change agent to ensure successful implementation.

5. Go-to-market: As part of business development, manage pursuits to build pipeline of key data management solutions such as data strategy, data governance, data quality, metadata, MDM, BI by responding to focused RFPs or established market relationships.

6. Collaboration:Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams, senior leadership along with other service lines for proactively managing the requirements of pursuits, projects and other practice related communication.

7. Practice Management: Support in practice management activities such as periodic MIS reporting, Hiring plan and conduct interviews, Upskill / Train people.

Required Skills:

1. Data Management Experience: Strong understanding and working experience in Data Strategy, Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata Management, Master Data Management, Datawarehouse / BI and other areas of global best practices for data management such as DAMA.

2. Implementation Experience: Experience in handling implementation of any data management tools such as Informatica Axon, Informatica EDC, Informatica IDQ, Informatica IDMC, Microsoft Purview, Collibra, Talend, Profisee is preferred and understanding of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Dataiku, Databricks, BigID is good to have.

3. Project & Change Management: Having project management, change management and conducting data literacy for transformation programs across large organizations / sectors.

4. Data Maturity Models: Capability Maturity Model Institute’s (CMMI) Data Management Maturity Model (DMM) or Enterprise Data Management (EDM) Council’s Data Management Capability Assessment Model (DCAM).
