Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of machine learning models, advanced algorithms, and AI-driven solutions to extract actionable insights from large, diverse datasets.

Collaborate closely with software engineers, data engineers, and business teams to identify high-impact opportunities for applying data science to strategic business problems.

Design and implement robust data pipelines and ETL workflows to collect, clean, and integrate data from various structured and unstructured sources.

Conduct in-depth exploratory data analysis and apply statistical modeling techniques to detect trends, patterns, and business drivers.

Build, evaluate, and deploy predictive models and forecasting algorithms that support operations, planning, and growth strategies.

Develop intuitive data visualization dashboards and reports to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

Stay current with the latest advancements in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and big data technologies, and assess their potential integration into Code81 s ecosystem.

Ensure that all data science practices adhere to data privacy regulations and governance standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

7+ years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, or related analytical roles.

Strong proficiency in Python, R, or Java, with in-depth knowledge of libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and Matplotlib.

Extensive experience in machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, regression, classification, and clustering.

Solid understanding of data engineering principles, with experience using SQL, Spark, Hadoop, or other distributed computing tools.

Demonstrated success in translating complex business requirements into scalable, data-driven solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Experience in leading or mentoring junior data scientists or analysts is a plus.
Skills & Professional Requirements:
- Good verbal & written communication skills.
- Experience of contributing to proposal writing, presentations, and pre-sales activities.
- Demonstrate an understanding of AI/ML.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Skilled in Cloud solutions like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
