Deliverables Schedule Pilot (PEDL)

The main responsibilities expected are as follows:

• To frame the start of a new project phase.
• Put in place the roadmap and have it validated with the PCL (Project Configuration Leader).
• Define the OA (Expected Object) / LA (Expected Deliverable), establish the sourcing plan and lead the production of RFQ (Request For Quotation) deliverables.
• Set up and manage the EDL (Deliverables Schedule) project with the aim of smoothing the projected curve of officialization.
• Prepare the agenda for the deliverables monitoring committee meeting.
• Facilitate the deliverables monitoring committee.
• R. Digiger et disser le CR (Compte Rendu) des comités de suivi.
• Manage the OA/LA Creator file, in conjunction with third-party managers.
• Update the PILTEC (Technical Management) monitoring file and ensure the regular dissemination of indicators.
• Manage requests for creation, modification or cancellation of OA/LA in the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) tool.
• Facilitate the monitoring of arrival dates of IOD parts (Issues d Toolillage D finales), in coordination with the teams concerned.
