Job Description / Responsibilities

Derma-Cosmetic Unit Head is responsible for leading the overall strategy, performance, and growth of the derma-cosmetic business unit. This role oversees brand management, medical and retail channel development, commercial execution, marketing strategy, and cross-functional coordination to ensure sustainable market share expansion and profitability. The Unit Head serves as the key liaison between the business unit and senior leadership, driving excellence in execution across medical (dermatologists, aesthetic clinics), pharmacy/retail, and digital channels

• Proven experience in P&L management, brand building, and cross-channel commercial leadership.

• Strong understanding of dermatology, skincare science, and pharmacy/medical channels.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
