AtkinsR alis seeks an MEP Design Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the design, coordination, and integration of MEP systems within building projects. This role ensures that MEP designs meet all technical, regulatory, and project requirements from concept through construction, while managing consultants, and stakeholder interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the MEP design process across all project stages concept, schematic, detailed design, and construction.
• Coordinate between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to ensure fully integrated designs.
• Review and approve MEP design documents, calculations, specifications, and drawings for quality, accuracy, and compliance.
• Manage external MEP consultants and internal teams to meet project goals and timelines.
• Ensure designs comply with local codes, international standards, and sustainability requirements.
• Oversee design submissions, technical reports, and authority approvals.
• Facilitate design workshops, technical meetings, and value engineering sessions.
• Support procurement by providing technical input during tender reviews and supplier evaluations.
• Resolve technical issues during construction and provide support for site implementation.
