Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire design teams throughout all stages of project development, from concept to completion, ensuring high standards of creativity, quality, and execution.
• Develop and articulate a clear design vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with client goals, project brief, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to drive design excellence and create innovative, sustainable solutions.
• Manage and mentor junior and senior design staff, fostering a culture of creativity, teamwork, and professional growth.
• Oversee design reviews and presentations, ensuring that all design work is presented effectively and meets the expectations of clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and external partners, ensuring smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Contribute to business development efforts, including client engagement, proposal preparation, and project pitching.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations, integrating these insights into project work.

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 10+ years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of large-scale, high-profile projects.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing complex design processes, from concept to construction.
• Expertise in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas clearly and persuasively to clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Strong understanding of design principles, sustainability practices, and building regulations in the UAE and international contexts.
• Experience working in a global design studio environment, with a collaborative and inclusive approach to leadership.
• A degree in Architecture (Master s preferred) from a recognized institution, with professional accreditation (e.g., RIBA, AIA, or equivalent).
• Strong ability to balance creativity with practicality, ensuring designs are both visionary and feasible.
