� On-site Opening in Qatar | DevOps Engineer (Qatar ID Mandatory)

We are hiring an experienced DevOps Engineer for an on-site role in Qatar.
� Only candidates with a valid Qatar ID will be considered.

� Role: DevOps Engineer
� Experience: 5+ Years
� Location: Qatar (On-site)
� Budget: 20500 QAR / Month
� Notice Period: Max 30 days

� Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead deployment and configuration of on-prem Linux platforms for AI workloads

  • Design and configure KVM virtualization

  • Architect GPU-enabled environments for production LLM inference

  • Deploy and operate containerized LLM serving stacks

  • Implement GPU monitoring, isolation, and health checks

  • Integrate CI/CD pipelines with security controls

  • Apply security hardening, RBAC, encryption, and audit configurations

  • Design HA/DR strategies and support scale-out architectures

  • Troubleshoot, tune performance, and stabilize systems

  • Prepare architecture documentation and runbooks

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

� Primary Skills Required:

  • 5+ years in DevOps / Platform / Infrastructure Engineering

  • Strong Linux system administration (networking, storage, performance tuning, security)

  • Hands-on experience with LLMs in production (on-prem)

  • GPU infrastructure experience (NVIDIA H100 / A100 / H200 or equivalent)

  • CUDA drivers and GPU runtime configuration

  • Docker / OCI containers

  • LLM serving frameworks: vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, Triton Inference Server

  • KVM virtualization (production experience mandatory)

  • AI backend stacks, PostgreSQL, Vector DBs (Qdrant), Observability tools

  • Ansible / Infrastructure as Code

  • CI/CD pipelines in enterprise environments

  • Kubernetes on-prem setup

  • DevSecOps practices (SAST, secrets management, least privilege)

  • HA/DR, backup, restore, failover

  • Experience in on-prem / air-gapped / regulated environments
