Design tailored digital marketing strategies for each TMT brand based on its identity, positioning, and target audience.
Align digital strategies with the overall marketing plans developed by the Marketing Manager and GM.
Set clear objectives for awareness, engagement, traffic, conversions, and loyalty per brand.
Prepare quarterly digital marketing plans segmented by brand, platform, and campaign objective.
Identify optimal budget allocation and digital tools (ads, influencers, organic content) per brand.
Manage the end-to-end execution of digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for all brands.
Coordinate with content creators, designers, and photographers/videographers to prepare campaign assets.
Launch and schedule content based on prepared plans and brand calendars.
Handle paid campaign setup, audience targeting, A/B testing, and optimization across platforms.
Ensure campaigns go live on time with no technical or creative errors.
Oversee and manage daily activity across all brand accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Monitor real-time performance, respond to follower interactions, and manage DMs or escalations in coordination with customer service.
Maintain consistent brand tone, frequency, and engagement across all pages.
Coordinate timely updates for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and new store openings.
Ensure all digital touchpoints reflect accurate business details (locations, working hours, promotions).
Develop monthly content calendars for each brand with clear posting schedules, content types, and themes.
Write and supervise captions in both English and Arabic tailored to each brand s voice and customer profile.
Align captions with visuals and ensure strategic CTA (call to action) is embedded where appropriate.
Integrate national holidays, product awareness days, social trends, and internal campaigns into content plans.
Coordinate with the Marketing Manager for caption approvals and final calendar review.
Track performance metrics across each platform and brand, including reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance dashboards for internal review and management presentation.
Analyze results per brand and recommend data-driven improvements or campaign adjustments.
Compare brand performance across platforms to identify strengths, gaps, and audience shifts.
Provide insights that inform future campaigns, content direction, and spending strategy.
Work closely with the retail, operations, commercial, and branding teams to reflect real-time business priorities digitally.
Ensure digital communication aligns with in-store promotions, product availability, pricing updates, and campaign timelines.
Coordinate with franchise partners (where applicable) to maintain brand consistency across owned and sub-franchise platforms.
Align with internal stakeholders on campaign briefings and brand strategy updates.
Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, social media trends, and consumer digital behavior.
Recommend and implement innovative digital content formats like reels, TikTok challenges, live streaming, or AR filters.
Identify and propose collaborations with micro-influencers, content creators, or local pages for each brand.
Test emerging platforms or tools suitable for the brand's target segment.
Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark digital tactics and spot gaps or opportunities.
Maintain full control and admin-level access over all brand accounts; set up multi-level platform access safely.
Prevent and report account hacking, impersonation, or unauthorized content posting.
Use copyright-cleared content and ensure compliance with each platform s advertising guidelines.
Develop and apply escalation procedures for negative comments, PR crises, or platform issues.
Educate junior staff or third-party content contributors on brand safety policies.
Supervise content creators, media buyers, freelancers, or junior digital staff assigned to support individual brands.
Assign content responsibilities brand-wise, ensuring timelines and quality expectations are met.
Manage relationships with digital agencies, influencer partners, or creative houses.
Evaluate external vendors based on their campaign quality, reporting discipline, and ROI contribution.
Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to junior digital team members when applicable.
Build and maintain a structured digital archive for each brand s digital assets (images, videos, captions, ads).
Ensure all campaigns, visuals, and calendars are well-documented and backed up in cloud folders.
Maintain records of ad performance, reports, approved content, and campaign plans per brand.
Organize post-campaign reviews to summarize lessons learned and best practices.

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related fields.
3 5 years in Digital Marketing (Retail, FMCG, or Agency background is a must).
Professional certification in Digital Marketing (Meta Blueprint, TikTok for Business, Google Ads).
Experience managing multiple brand pages simultaneously.
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
