About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to drive strategic growth across digital channels and lead our marketing performance efforts. This role requires a strong understanding of digital ecosystems, performance marketing, and team leadership with a proven track record of success inside a marketing agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business growth goals.

Lead and manage all digital channels including SEO, SEM, paid social, email marketing, content marketing, and website performance.

Plan and optimize lead generation and performance marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.

Analyze campaign metrics, dashboards, and market trends to deliver impactful business insights.

Manage marketing budgets and allocate spending effectively across channels.

Oversee and support cross-functional creative, content, and performance teams.

Conduct ongoing competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Implement CRM and marketing automation strategies to enhance customer lifecycle.

Collaborate closely with Sales and Account Management teams to align objectives.

Ensure brand consistency and best practices across all digital touchpoints.
