الأدوار والمسؤوليات

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the overarching digital strategy for corporate and project campaigns, aligned with sales objectives and marketing plans.
  • Create digital roadmaps for new project launches, including content planning, media planning, and communication flows and posting planning.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives and adoption of new technologies relevant to real estate marketing.

Performance Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Plan and manage organic and paid media campaigns across social media, search, programmatic, display, and real estate platforms.
  • Work closely with agencies and internal teams to optimize CPC, CPL, CPM, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Build and manage lead funnels with tracking across all touchpoints.
  • Ensure strong integration between digital campaigns, CRM, and sales teams to maintain lead quality.

Social Media Management

  • Oversee content calendars, social media strategy, and multi-platform execution (Instagram, X, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, and project/ brand positioning
  • Lead community management, response strategies, social listening, and reputation management.

Website, Landing Pages & SEO

  • Oversee the design, UX, and content of corporate and project websites.
  • Manage landing pages for campaigns ensuring high conversion rates and seamless lead capture.
  • Implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve ranking for high-intent keywords.
  • Coordinate content updates with internal teams, agencies, and IT.

Email, CRM & Marketing Automation

  • Manage CRM journeys including nurture campaigns, post-lead follow-up, retention programs, and sales support messaging.
  • Develop automated workflows (SMS, WhatsApp, email, and App push notifications).
  • Monitor database segmentation, lead scoring, and re-engagement activities.
  • Ensure clean CRM data and accurate tracking via API integrations, and analytics platforms.

Analytics, Reporting & Attribution

  • Track and report on campaign performance through set dashboards, web analytics, and lead quality
  • Utilize tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Salesforce, Sprout, etc.
  • Provide weekly and monthly dashboards for management with actionable insights.
  • Maintain digital benchmarks and forecast performance for launches.

Creative & Content Oversight

  • Guide creative direction for all digital content including videos, social assets, banners, and animations.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across platforms.
  • Collaborate with creative, copywriting, and production teams to deliver premium content.

Agency & Vendor Management

  • Lead relationships with digital agencies, media buying agencies, and web developers
  • Develop clear briefs, KPIs, and performance expectations.
  • Evaluate agency output and provide structured performance reviews.

Cross-Department Coordination

  • Work closely with Sales to ensure alignment on lead quality, follow-up processes, and CRM integration.
  • Coordinate with Project Marketing, Brand, Communications, and Events teams for holistic campaign execution.
  • Support senior management with digital insights for project presentations and decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
  • 7 10 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in real estate, large-scale digital agency or well-known brands in the GCC.
  • Proven expertise in performance marketing, social media, and CRM.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Suite, tracking/attribution, and automation tools.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience in managing agencies, budgets, timelines, and high-volume campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of real estate customer digital behavior and digital behavior.
