We are looking for a versatile and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in WhatsApp Business marketing, automation workflows, paid advertising, and social media management. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with modern AI tools to create engaging content and execute end-to-end digital campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• WhatsApp & Automation
• Create and manage content for WhatsApp Business profiles (including brochures, videos, graphics, and written content).
• Set up automated WhatsApp workflows to enable users to submit forms, upload documents/media, and receive real-time responses.
• Execute mass WhatsApp messaging campaigns while adhering to platform policies.

Email & Contact Management

• Plan and run mass email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or SendinBlue.
• Extract and manage contact data from email accounts, Indeed, Naukri Gulf, and similar platforms.
• Maintain organized contact databases/CRMs for campaign targeting and follow-ups.

Ads & Campaign Management

• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns.
• Monitor ad performance and ensure efficient use of budget to maximize ROI.
• Prepare performance reports and recommendations.

Social Media Management

• Manage company social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create and schedule engaging content including posts, stories, and reels.
• Monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments, and grow follower base.

Content Creation & AI Integration

• Design graphics, videos, and reels using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalents.
• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, DALL·E, Lumen5, InVideo) to streamline content creation—both visual and written.
• Write clear, SEO-friendly copy for ads, posts, and campaigns.
