Job Purpose

The Digital Solutions Architect designs and delivers AI-powered and digital solutions that bridge business needs with modern technologies. This role translates product and client requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing digital architectures. Working closely with Product, Technology, and Presales teams, the Digital Solutions Architect ensures successful adoption of AI, automation, and digital platforms across enterprise and client environments.

Duties & Responsibilities

Design and deliver AI-powered and digital solutions that address key business and client needs.

Translate business and product requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical architectures.

Collaborate with data science, engineering, and product teams to develop, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning and AI models.

Collaborate with various team to build and demonstrate prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions to validate ideas and accelerate delivery.

Participate in client workshops, demos, and technical presentations to explain solution architecture and design.

Contribute to continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and the adoption of new tools and best practices.

Education, Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.

5+ years of experience in software architecture, AI integration, or digital solution design.

Programming experience in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).

Experience with one or of the cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps/DevOps practices.

Solid understanding of API design, data integration, and automation workflows.

Exposure to enterprise-scale systems and solution architecture.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and client-facing environments.

Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
