1. AI Infrastructure Strategy & Ownership

• Define and execute AI infrastructure strategy aligned with business and national goals
• Build scalable AI compute, data, and ML architectures; lead capacity planning and roadmap
• Own full infrastructure lifecycle from design to operations

2. Architecture & Technical Leadership

• Design and deploy GPU-based AI infrastructure and distributed training/inference platforms
• Implement Kubernetes-based containerized environments
• Build scalable storage, networking, and optimize for large-scale AI workloads

3. AI Platform & MLOps

• Establish MLOps platforms and model lifecycle infrastructure
• Enable multi-tenant GPU scheduling and resource management
• Automate AI workload orchestration across research and production environments

4. Cloud & Data Platform Engineering

• Design hybrid/multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, Private Cloud)
• Architect large-scale data platforms, pipelines, and storage systems
• Optimize for scalability, latency, and throughput

5. Operations, Reliability & Governance

• Define operating model; implement monitoring, observability, and reliability practices
• Establish governance standards and drive automation and operational excellence

6. Security & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with NCA, SAMA, SDAIA
• Implement cybersecurity architecture, data governance, access controls, and risk management

7. Leadership & Team Building

• Build and lead AI infrastructure teams; mentor engineers and SREs
• Foster ownership, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration

8. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Evaluate vendors, lead partnerships and contract negotiations
• Collaborate with leadership on investments; manage cloud and hardware providers
