Strategic management:

• To define and implement the organization's legal strategy
• Ensure that activities comply with current regulations
• Anticipating and preventing legal risks

Legal Department Management:

• To supervise and coordinate the legal team
• Organize the management of litigation and pre-litigation cases
• Implement internal procedures and monitoring tools

Advice to Management:

• Assisting the General Management in strategic decisions
• to provide legal opinions on projects, contracts and partnerships
• Participate in governance and committee meetings

Contract management and litigation:

• Supervise the drafting and negotiation of contracts
• To monitor disputes and represent the organization if necessary.
• Coordinate with law firms and external partners

Legal monitoring and compliance:

• To monitor legislative and regulatory developments
• Implement compliance and ethics policies
• Raising awareness among teams about legal risks

• Master's degree in law (business law, public law, mining law, social law or equivalent)
• Registration with the bar association desired

Exp rience:

• Minimum professional experience of 8-10 years
• Proven experience in a position of legal responsibility
• Experience in a public, industrial or mining organization (an asset)

Comp tences:

• Excellent mastery of business law and labor law
• Good knowledge of national regulations
• Strong negotiation and legal drafting skills
• Experience in team management
