Director of Industrial Development

The main tasks:

• Manage activities related to the SAIDAL Group's industrial development projects
• To ensure all operations within the framework of the development plan and the preparation for the commissioning of completed projects
• to develop or have developed the feasibility studies, techno-economic studies and selected investment plans
• To ensure the supervision and coordination of the various stakeholders before and during the entire implementation period of the projects selected by the group
• Carry out all technical assessments, commitments and payments for the various construction work, equipment assembly, testing and start-up of each project
• For each project, ensure: the preparation of specifications, the launch of calls for tenders, and the selection of the project manager and the contractor.
• Supervise the implementation of the project management and execution contracts
• Conduct all contract negotiations and technical appendices with the assistance of a specialized engineering firm.
• Coordinate the development of specifications relating to the implementation of investments related to the manufacture of a new product range
• Participate, in collaboration as appropriate, with the relevant persons in prospecting and procurement operations (selection and evaluation of suppliers or partners, negotiations) and supervise the implementation of investments in the manufacture of biotechnological products and derivatives.
• Establish and monitor all the organization's work procedures.
• To periodically review the results of actions undertaken
• Implementing technology monitoring and creating a database on manufacturing technologies for pharmaceutical specialties and biotechnological products and derivatives
• to develop and propose all procedures relating to Industrial Development Activity
• Prepare, with regard to the activity, all files relating to the Management review
