Define and implement the Meetings & Events strategy in line with the resort's business objectives and brand image.

Contribute to the development of MICE revenue and the optimization of event profitability.

Collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing and Revenue teams to maximize business opportunities.

Oversee the planning and execution of all professional events: meetings, seminars, conferences, congresses, product launches and corporate events.

Acting as the primary point of contact between clients, operational departments (Banquets, F&B, Technical, Accommodation, Security, Housekeeping) and external service providers.

Ensure the coordination of all logistical and technical aspects: venues, scenography, audiovisual, catering, staffing and participant flow.

to be present on site during key events in order to guarantee smooth execution in accordance with contractual commitments.

Ensure compliance with service standards, internal procedures and Accor / M venpick standards.

Anticipating and resolving operational issues in a dynamic and demanding environment.

Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety, health and fire safety standards.

Develop, monitor and control Meetings & Events budgets.

Analyze costs, margins and performance indicators in order to optimize the profitability of events.

Ensure the preparation and validation of financial closings and customer accounts.

To supervise, train and develop the Meetings & Events and Banquets teams.

To foster a culture of collaboration, performance and operational excellence.

Implement procedures, tools and best practices to improve the efficiency and quality of the service.

Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction before, during and after each event.

Collect and analyze customer feedback in order to continuously improve the Meetings & Events offering.

Position the resort as a leading destination for professional and corporate events.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

Significant experience in Meetings & Events / MICE management, ideally within luxury hotels.

Solid experience in managing operational and cross-functional teams.

Excellent command of Banquet and Event operations as well as technical and logistical aspects.

Exp rience in budgetary management, financial analysis and profitability optimization.

Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.

Strong organizational, prioritization, and stress management skills.

Knowledge of safety standards, local regulations and quality standards.

Flexibility required (evenings, weekends and holidays).
