Key Responsibilities:
- Drive channel performance by setting clear metrics with distributors and GSK stakeholders, focusing on inventory levels, service standards, account visits, market credit, and delivery turnaround times.
- Ensure distribution contract obligations are implemented effectively and address gaps with corrective actions.
- Recommend improvements to the distribution network to enhance utilization of GSK capital and assist in implementing relevant distribution/operating model projects.
- Monitor and report on market trends regarding distribution services and activities.
- Resolve downstream distribution challenges for GSK products in collaboration with pharmacy chains, standalone pharmacies, and hospital chains.
- Implement commercial plans with designated distributors in strict adherence to GSK policies and procedures, maintaining detailed records for revalidation exercises.
- Serve as the primary liaison between GSK and distributors in addressing issues and ensuring smooth operations.
- Build and execute Strategic Account Plans with distributors for key accounts in the private market, partnering with GSK stakeholders and the sales/commercial teams.
- Address customer complaints efficiently in collaboration with distributors and internal GSK stakeholders.
- Ensure inventory management by collecting and maintaining robust data on stock levels and shelf life.
- Analyze in-market sales reports of GSK products to formulate growth strategies and ensure continuous development.

Basic Qualifications:
- UAE National.
- Bachelor s degree in business administration.
- Engineering graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong presentation skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in IT tools, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with corporate ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Master s degree in business administration is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
