Role Purpose:

As district representatives, primary responsibility is to foster strong relationships with our customer and ensuring to address their challenges related to chemical treatment. This involves understanding the technical aspects of our customer s plant and our products offerings in refinery, water treatment, and petrochemical applications, making your expertise even more critical. Staying up to date with industry trends ,advancements in specialty chemicals, refining technologies, water treatment solutions, and petrochemical innovations is essential to ensure business growth. This includes attending/participating relevant training sessions and workshops to further enhance your knowledge and skills.

Close collaboration with our technical advisors and subject matter experts is crucial for addressing any complex queries or issues that may arise. This teamwork is vital to maintaining the high standard of service we pride ourselves on. It is essential to ensure all customer interactions and transactions comply with our company's policies and regulatory requirements.
