DOCUMENT CONTROLLER:

1. Regularly review documents to ensure they are accurate, complete, and compliant with established standards.

2. Handle retrieval and distribution of documents for authorized personnel.

3. Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure the secure handling of sensitive documents.

4. Organize, categorize. And file documents following established filing protocols and procedures.

5. Prepare and submit reports as needed, detailing document status, movement, and distribution.


FRONT DESK MANAGEMENT:


1. Manage reception desk activities including welcoming guests, answering calls, and directing inquiries,

2. Organize meetings and ensure the smooth operation of office routines,

3.Provide daily support to the International Operations team as manager directed,

4.Professional appearance and positive attitude.

5. Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

6. Performing admin tasks like maintaining office supplies.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Experience: Previous experience as a document controller or receptionist is an advantage

Foreign Language: Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)

Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
