As part of welcoming our client to the Mvenpick hotel , we are looking for an experienced and dynamic doorman to join our team dedicated to providing an exceptional service experience.
Responsabilit s :
- Greet and assist guests at the hotel entrance, ensuring they receive a warm and courteous service.
- Open the doors and ensure the transport of guests' luggage to the appropriate rooms or areas.
- Ensure the smooth operation of internal transport services (shuttles, taxis, etc.) and coordinate special customer requests.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in front of the entrance and around the public areas of the hotel.

Requirements:
- One year or more of experience in a similar role, ideally in the luxury hotel sector.
- Sense of customer service and impeccable professional attitude.
- Good command of the English language, spoken and written; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Excellent presentation, good self-management and sense of responsibility.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage, while meeting the physical requirements of the position.
