Job Summary:

The Drilling & Workover Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating drilling and workover activities to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations. The role involves supervising field personnel, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards, and optimizing well performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily drilling and workover operations at site

• Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards

• Coordinate with drilling engineers, contractors, and service providers

• Monitor rig performance, operational efficiency, and well integrity

• Review and implement drilling and workover programs

• Identify and troubleshoot operational issues and provide effective solutions

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and tools

• Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports

• Control operational costs and optimize resource utilization

• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

• Provide leadership, training, and guidance to field teams
