الأدوار والمسؤوليات

  • compiles with traffic regulations in order to operate vehicles in a safe & courteous manner, Follows safety rules for the safety of the passengers
  • Check the condition of the vehicles tires, brakes, windshield wipers, lights, oil, fuel, water & all other mandatory accessories to ensure that everything is in working condition.
  • Drive car/ van/ bus to transport students/ customers/ staff within a specified area,
  • pick up & drop off of students/ customers/ staff at the given locations, following strict time schedule
  • regulate heat, lighting & ventilation systems for the comfort of the students/ customers/ staff
  • Maintain order among students/ customers/ staff during trips to ensure safety
  • Report delays, accidents or other traffic & transport situations to the fleet department.
  • Maintain telephone contact with the fleet department to receive instructions
  • prepare & submit time sheet with the no. of trips, hours worked
  • Maintain Knowledge of first-aid procedures
  • Report vehicle malfunctions & needed repairs
  • Keep vehicles clean & safe
  • Keep track of the periodical schedule of 500 kms & inform the transport department prior to the next schedule
  • Any other tasks as and when assigned by the immediate superior
