الأدوار والمسؤوليات

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily dispatch operations for e-commerce orders with precision and efficiency.
  • Monitor real-time delivery progress and proactively resolve any logistical issues.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and customer service teams.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate logs, reports, and delivery records.
  • Optimize delivery routes and schedules based on order volume and urgency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding shipment status and delivery schedules.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

Diploma or bachelor s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 3 years of experience in e-commerce dispatching, logistics coordination, or warehouse operations.
Familiarity with e-commerce order management systems (OMS) or ERP platforms.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines.
Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
Team-oriented mindset and willingness to take initiative.
