الأدوار والمسؤوليات

Key Responsibilities

Account & Customer Management

  • Manage key e-commerce customers including Amazon, Noon, Delivery Hero, Careem, FirstCry, Mumzworld, Kibsons, and other marketplaces.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive growth and long-term partnerships.

  • Improve distribution by onboarding new customers and opening new accounts.

  • Launch new and unlisted brands/expanding new SKUs with existing customers.

Business Planning & Forecasting

  • Assist in building quarterly and annual business plans in collaboration with customers and brands.

  • Share accurate sales forecasts with brands based on customer inputs and historical sales data.

  • Analyze brand-wise and customer-wise forecasts monthly and ensure execution against plans.

  • Track budgets with a focus on maximizing returns and profitability.

 

 

Sales Performance & Reporting

  • Track customer scorecards covering sales, fundamentals, and operations to identify insights and growth opportunities.

  • Prepare reports on brand performance, sales trends, and market insights using Excel and Power Point presentation.

  • Analyze industry trends, competition, market dynamics, sell-in, and sell-out data.

Campaigns & Growth Initiatives

  • Plan and execute monthly initiatives and campaigns for each customer.

  • Track campaign execution and prepare detailed post-campaign reports highlighting gaps and opportunities.

  • Grow customer performance by improving CARS score through continuous tracking of:

    • Content quality

    • Stock availability

    • Ratings and reviews

    • Share of search vs competitors

Content & Listing Management

  • Coordinate with suppliers and brands to gather product content for all SKUs.

  • Ensure accurate product listing and content updates as per each marketplace’s guidelines.

  • Maintain a centralized content repository including images, titles, descriptions, and attributes.

  • Update customers on discontinued or replacement SKUs.

  • Add product variations to improve discoverability, ratings, and reviews.

Operations & Supply Chain Coordination

  • Ensure readiness and availability of stocks across customer platforms.

  • Manage end-to-end operational activities including:

    • Purchase order processing

    • Delivery scheduling

    • Invoice uploading

    • Returns validation and processing

  • Use Amazon Vendor Central and Carrier Central for PO processing, invoicing, and delivery scheduling.

  • Track SKU confirmation rates and fill rates on a monthly basis.

  • Ensure 100% accurate daily order processing.

Finance & Collections

  • Collect payments from customers by sharing:

    • Statements of Account (SOA)

    • Rebate deductibles

    • Credit notes

  • Ensure timely collections to maintain healthy company cash flow.

Tracker & Data Management

  • Maintain trackers for:

    • Content and availability

    • Assortment master list

    • Operational performance

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce marketplaces, especially Amazon.

  • Hands-on experience with Vendor Central and Carrier Central.

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel; working knowledge of Power BI preferred.

  • Strong analytical, planning, and forecasting skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
