E-commerce Growth & Performance Marketing Manager (Hands-On)

We are looking for a hands-on E-commerce Growth & Performance Marketing Manager to own and drive revenue growth across our online store.

This role is for someone who can plan, execute, optimize, and scale. You will be responsible for building growth strategies, managing paid advertising, improving ROI, and continuously optimizing performance based on data.

This is not a brand-only or social media role.
We are looking for a results-driven professional focused on sales, ROAS, and measurable growth.

• Plan and execute full e-commerce growth strategies
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok)
• Own performance metrics: ROAS, CPA, Revenue, Conversion Rate
• Create and manage monthly and quarterly growth plans
• Analyze funnels and customer journeys to improve conversions
• Optimize product offers, pricing strategies, and bundles
• Conduct A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages
• Track performance using analytics tools and reporting dashboards
• Continuously improve ROI and scale winning campaigns
• Coordinate with design/content teams when needed
