The E-commerce Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing e-commerce / Marketplace accounts like Amazon & Noon & other Niche Ecommerce retailers like Mumzworld, Firstcry etc. To ensure that all products are presented, marketed, and optimized to their fullest potential. This role requires someone with expertise in catalog management, keyword optimization, campaign management, and digital marketing for the mother & baby industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and optimize e-commerce accounts on platforms like Amazon UAE, Noon, Mumzworld, Firstcry, etc.

  2. Handle Daily incoming orders, ensuring they are picked/packed, and dispatched promptly. This includes reviewing orders daily to confirm that all orders are met within the required timelines.

  3. Monitor real-time inventory levels on all platforms, ensuring that products are available for sale and preventing out-of-stock situations.

  4. Ensure 100% order fulfillment by coordinating closely with fulfillment centers (such as Amazon FBA or in-house warehouses) to ensure delivery timely.

  5. Regularly track and analyze sales order data across all platforms to monitor trends, identify issues, and create reports that provide insights into the performance of each product and platform.

  6. Create and maintain an up-to-date, accurate catalog of company line list on these platforms. Candidate must have experience in maintaining 500+ SKUs

  7. Ensure Accurate product descriptions, A+ content images, pricing to enhance the online shopping experience.

  8. Optimize product listing through catalogue management, keyword optimization & best SEO practices for all product listings to improve visibility and sales.

  9. Oversee paid advertising campaigns, PPC promotions, key word bidding, and discount strategies to drive online sales.

  10. Monitor sales data, analyze trends, and develop actionable insights to improve performance across e-commerce channels.

  11. Collaborate internally with marketing and sales teams to develop e-commerce promotions, online content, and campaigns.

  12. Stay up to date on trends in the e-commerce space and provide insights to improve the overall sales performance.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

  • 5-8 years of experience in e-commerce management, particularly with large ecom platforms.

  • Strong knowledge of catalog management tools, PPC Campaigns, keyword optimization, and digital marketing strategies.

  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools like Amazon Vendor, Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Center, etc.

  • Experience in the consumer goods, health, toys, mother & baby industry or related sectors.

  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools like Amazon Vendor Seller Central, Noon Seller Center, etc.
