Our client an EPC Company is looking forward to recruit for the position of “E&I Quantity Surveyor” for their upcoming project in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Duration: 24 Months - Under MPH Sponsorship (Payroll & Employment Contract)

Employment Status: Single status/Resident in UAE/Onshore

Location: Site Based - Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (Habshan & Buhasa) - Site location depends on project requirement You will be deputed on Client’s project on site through MPH

Work Schedule: 6 days a week, 10.5-hour shifts (working on-site)- excluding break 

Job Description

• To Prepare quantity take offs for Electrical and Instrumentation works.

• To Maintain the overall master quantity record, incorporating updates from revised drawings.

• To prepare the RFQ document.

• To Evaluate the Commercial Bid.

• To Prepare the Preambles, Schedules of Rates, Bills of Quantities and Estimations.

• To Prepare project cost reports and review them in coordination with the Commercial and Subcontracts Manager.

• To Review and certify subcontractor payment applications in line with the terms and conditions of the subcontract.

• Collaborate with the project team to resolve subcontractor disputes, claims, and performance related issues.
