Supervise and direct the daily activities of E&I teams, including electricians, technicians, and instrument fitters. They ensure that all installations such as wiring, control panels, and field instruments are completed according to project specifications and schedules.

Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations. They conduct regular safety inspections, lead toolbox talks, and ensure all workers are using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). The supervisor also ensures all work complies with international and local standards (e.g., NEC, IEC).

Interpret complex technical drawings, including P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), electrical single-line diagrams, and loop diagrams. They provide technical guidance to the team and troubleshoot issues related to E&I systems.

Perform regular quality checks to ensure all work meets the project's quality standards. They are responsible for identifying non-conforming work and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.

Manage the allocation of labor, tools, and materials to optimize efficiency. They monitor progress, track man-hours, and report on project status to management. Maintain detailed daily logs of all on-site activities. They also ensure that all documentation related to testing, inspections, and project handovers are accurate and up to date.

In-depth knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems in the gas industry

Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and codes Proficiency in designing and implementing electrical and instrumentation systems for gas facilities

Ability to conduct technical assessments and troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation issues

Experience in developing and maintaining maintenance and safety procedures for electrical and instrumentation systems

Familiarity with international standards and regulations related to electrical and instrumentation systems in the gas industry
