The Role

As an EYFS Class Teacher, you'll help spark curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning. You ll bring the Early Years curriculum to life through imaginative lessons, creative environments, and enriching experiences helping every child reach their potential.

You will:

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning in line with the EYFS framework.

• Lead engaging and play-based learning experiences that showcase learning and inspire curiosity.

• Create engaging and inclusive classroom environments that celebrate exploration and discovery.

• Actively collaborate with the talented EYFS team to plan, assess, share best practice and inspire.

• Champion student wellbeing and development through purposeful interactions and supportive, enriching learning environments.

• Embrace and contribute to our wider co-curricular programme, enhancing students' cultural and personal growth.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking exceptional teachers who:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree + PGCE/QTS or equivalent

• Have at least 3 years' experience teaching in Early Years

• Have deep knowledge and understanding of the EYFS Curriculum and Development Matters framework

• Are passionate about child-centered learning, play and creativity

• Can deliver thoughtfully planned, engaging lessons that promote critical thinking and exploration.

• Are skilled in integrating technology to enhance learning experience.

• Uses assessment meaningfully to celebrate achievement and support student progress.

• Are energetic, positive and committed to our mission of building a better future for every child.
