Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ELV systems design and integration, including BMS, CCTV, access control, fire alarm, public address, IPTV, structured cabling, and smart home automation.
• Ensure compliance with international and UAE standards (NFPA, BS, IEEE, ISO) and local authority requirements.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems to meet project performance and aesthetic goals.
• Develop and implement smart technology solutions to enhance energy efficiency, security, and guest experience.
• Coordinate with MEP, IT, automation, and architectural teams to ensure seamless system integration.
• Supervise contractors, consultants, and vendors, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and project timelines.
• Conduct system audits, inspections, and testing to ensure full compliance and optimal performance.
• Prepare and manage ELV documentation, technical reports, and commissioning protocols.
• Lead risk identification, mitigation planning, and cybersecurity compliance across all systems.
• Mentor ELV engineers and technicians to strengthen project execution capabilities.
• Represent ELV scope in meetings, progress reviews, and client presentations.
