1. Minimum 5 years in 400kV GIS substation projects

2. Familiar GIS equipment and protection systems

3. Hands-on experience in HV cable works, relay testing, CT/PT testing, and switchgear functional checks

4. Knowledge of SCADA, communication, and interface systems for transmission substations

5. Strong understanding of TAQA / TRANSCO standards and approval procedures is an advantage

6. Good command of English in both written and spoken communication

7. Proficient in AutoCAD, Office, and electrical testing software

8. Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills

SEPCOIII Electric Power Construction Co. LTD. (hereinafter as SEPCOIII), founded in 1985, is a wholly-owned Grade A subsidiary of Power Construction Corporation of China, whose main operating models are EPCO, EPC, BOT, BOO and PMC in the construction of various types of power plants, including thermal, nuclear, gas, hydro, wind, transformer substation, biomass, photovoltaic, solar energy and sea water desalination. Its industrial layout involves electricity investment, design and consulting, equipment manufacturing and lease, international logistics and trade, unit commissioning and operation, real estate, leisure and travel, and it can provide a total solution including feasibility study, investment and loan, site selection and exploration, engineering and design, equipment supply and transportation, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance.
