Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Foreman to oversee on-site electrical works within MEP construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of hands-on experience in electrical site supervision, ensuring that all electrical installations are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

The Electrical Foreman will coordinate closely with engineering and project management teams, supervise site electricians, and ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor on-site electrical installations for MEP (Mechanical,

  Electrical & Plumbing) projects.

• Ensure all works are executed in compliance with safety regulations, quality

  standards, and project timelines.

• Manage, track, and control electrical materials, tools, and equipment at the site.

• Review drawings and specifications, and provide technical guidance to site teams.

• Coordinate daily site activities with the engineering staff and other discipline

  foremen to ensure proper integration of work.

• Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve electrical issues before

  handover.

• Support the testing, commissioning, and inspection processes of electrical systems.

• Prepare daily progress reports and communicate effectively with site engineers

  and project managers.

• Maintain adherence to company and client safety policies and procedures at all

  times.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.

• 5-10 years of proven experience as an Electrical Foreman within the MEP

  construction industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of LV electrical systems, conduiting, cabling, lighting, and panel installations.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to coordinate multi-discipline teams.

• Familiar with site safety protocols and construction best practices.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
