Job Summary

We, at Emarat Aloula is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee and execute electrical works on EPC projects, including substations and pump stations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in electrical installations, supervision, and coordination, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and in compliance with project specifications and authority standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage electrical installation works for EPC projects, including substations and pump stations.

• Oversee MCC and electrical panel installation, integration, and termination in substations and pump stations.

• Supervise LV and MV cable laying, glanding, termination, and testing activities.

• Ensure proper control and instrumentation cabling, including routing, termination, and testing.

• Supervise PLC and SCADA-related works, including panel interfacing and signal cabling.

• Review and ensure correct cable tray and ladder sizing, routing, and fabrication as per approved drawings.

• Coordinate daily activities with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams.

• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, ITPs, and safety procedures.

• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or execution issues.

• Maintain daily progress reports and support project documentation.

• Enforce HSE policies and promote safe working practices on site.
