Electromechanical Supervisor Al Naboodah Commercial Group

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the electromechanics engineer to perfume the daily tasks, monitor the team and carry the necessary repairs and instructions as required.

• Supervise daily electrical and mechanical maintenance activities on project sites.

• Monitor the operation and maintenance of water pumps, irrigation systems, fountains, control panels, and related electro-mechanical equipment.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults and ensure timely corrective actions.

• Coordinate with engineers and project managers to plan preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

• Ensure proper installation and testing of electro-mechanical equipment according to technical specifications.

• Supervise technicians and maintenance teams and ensure efficient task allocation.

• Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and repair works.

• Ensure availability of required spare parts and materials for maintenance operations.

• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and safe working procedures, especially when handling electrical equipment.

• Coordinate with suppliers and service providers when specialized repairs or technical support are required.

• Support project inspections by consultants or municipality representatives.

• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all technical issues and corrective actions.
